Goowy Flash-based Email

What people do with Flash is great.

Take for example, Goowy, a new-brand email service that uses Flash to emulate an actual computer desktop. In other words, it's interactive, fun, and amazingly accommodating.

Goowy looks like the sort of thing that is influencing the direction of the entire web 2.0 experience: Using Flash to flesh out the graphic user interface (ie GUI or "goowy") in the performing simple and attractive essential functions such as mail, calendar, and news, Goowy has created an identity for itself that represents the shift the web itself is taking.

In other words, Goowy graphic approach is to webpages what MTV's style approach was to television. All of us at H2RS have set up email addresses to give Goowy a trial run, and word around here is so far so good.

So, good luck, Goowy, hoping you go big with your really good idea!

Flying Spaghetti Monster

It is simply amazing how far so little can go.

Thank the Flying Spaghetti Monster for Itself. If it didn't already exist, it would have to be created. Just in time for the end of the end of the world, which is the beginning of future, FSM is a creed all of us can use to our personal enlightment and spiritual fullfilment.

As a matter of fact, never before has little that means so much to so many really meant so little and meant so much.

Now, all it has to do is break free of its tiny capitalist tendrils and all that is Ooogly and Squigly will remain so for Ever. Begun as a commentary on teaching Intelligent Design in schools in Kansas, FSM has quickly become a 21st century movement.
